As a Manager focused on SAP BI and Analytics, you will:

Provide leadership defining and implementing leading practices for efficiently sourcing and processing large data sets from Big Data Analytics and data stores using SAP best practice solutions

Work closely with the data modeling team, enabling analytics solutions driving successful business outcome

Contribute and implement the execution of Reporting and Analytics Vision and Strategy, in alignment with leadership priorities, business stakeholder requirements and business unit requirements.

Act as the liaison between Business and IT stakeholders, understand requirements, data sets, key success criteria, and issues which can be solved using analytics and/or data science techniques and provide accurate estimates.

Lead and support SAP Analytics and S/4HANA pursuits and Practice Development initiatives

Supervise and coach junior colleagues and manage parts of client engagements

Develop external eminence for Deloitte

Build strong business relationships with potential clients

Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between practitioners within Deloitte

You are someone with:

Functional and Technical proficiency with at least 5+ years hands-on full life-cycle complex/large scale data warehouse and ETL design and development experience including more than 3 year of architecting, implementing and successfully operationalizing large scale SAP data solutions in production environments using SAP BW/4HANA, Native HANA, S/4HANA or BOBJ

Experience with SAP analytics tools (BW, BOBJ or HANA)

SAP certification is an asset

Strong commitment to professional client service excellence

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
