We are currently looking for a General Worker in Production following the arrival of two new customer accounts on our different sites and the increase of our activity.

As a General Worker, you will be tied with the Production Department. You will report to the different managers respecting the hierarchy (Manager, Food Director). The Production Department is divided into two : the Preaparation area which assemble the plates (plating) and the Assembly which finalizes the flights by assembling the trays and putting them in trolleys. It represents a very important step before finalizing an entire flight. The goals are to anticipate the needs in edible products, establish a list and quantities necessary and prepare the products while following customer’s specs and respecting the Hygiene rules.

Function :

Employee must take part in preparation and assembly of all food and non-food services in compliance with internal and external regulations concerning safety, quality and health.

Missions :

• Preparations and assembly of food and non-food services
• Check the conformity of benefits according on customer specifications
• Complete traceability documents (eg exposure time sheet)
• Ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment and premises
• Ensure integration and training of new employees
• Manage a team and prepare for different jobs (when needed)
• Comply at all times with good hygiene and manufacturing practices
