YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

We’re looking for a Team Lead Talent Acquisition to share the BRP Story and find and onboard the best talent to help us deliver the Mission 25 Plan we have in place. If you enjoy taking on challenges and you are not afraid to go off road to get to the destination, keep on reading.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy, your days will be filled with fun:

  • Plan and execute the yearly recruitment strategic plan for the business units you will support;
  • Provide leadership and manage a team of Talent Acquisition specialists;
  • Provide business unit leaders with analysis of recruitment activities in such areas as recruiting effectiveness, recruiting costs and employment market landscape;
  • Develop candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods and become an expert in the business area you support;
  • Advise hiring managers on full-cycle recruitment and on effective candidate assessment;
  • Ensure a positive candidate-experience throughout the process;
  • Collaborate with HR marketing and projects team on several projects such as new ATS, recruitment marketing initiatives, campus activities and candidate-experience optimization.
  • Manage and overview recruitment expenses.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience of recruiting experience
  • A university degree in a related field
  • Experience in managing a team is a strong asset
  • The ability to manage several stakeholders
  • Passion and focus on recruitment, with a solid grounding in business
  • Ability to build confidence and strong relationships with partners
  • Bilingual, French/English

This position can be located in Sherbrooke, Montréal or Valcourt.
