Receptionist – Athletic Therapy Desk

Role Profile
Under the direction of the Associate Director, Athletics and Recreation, the Receptionist provides front line support to the Athletic Therapy Clinic. Duties include but are not limited to the following: appointment bookings, telephone and in person inquires, maintaining confidential files, clinical inventory, scheduling student staff, corresponding and billing with doctor, updating statistical data, maintaining a professional atmosphere, and overall cleanliness of the front desk.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • One (1) year certificate is required

Experience/Skills

  • One (1) year experience in a customer service role required.
  • The incumbent will have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills;
  • Knowledge about clinic operations and the ability to work with medical software are considered assets.
