The VP Finance and Corporate Controller is an integral hands-on leadership role responsible for the accurate financial reporting. You will own all accounting and financial reporting across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial processes and systems, collaboration with other departments on internal controls and evaluating the financial implications of strategic decisions.
This role is ideal for a flexible, detailed and high-energy finance professional who likes to work in a scaling company. Having strong people management and coaching skills will be invaluable as you influence and lead the team to drive efficiencies and improvements.

- leads the financial reporting functions; complex accounting including business combinations; debt and equity funding; and segmented reporting
- drives and implements continuous improvement techniques to increase productivity and gain efficiencies
- has successfully led a finance function, influencing both business and financial decisions to achieve optimal performance
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- CPA designation (audit experience desirable)
- 10+ years relevant progressive experience in accounting and finance
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Someone who tackles challenges head-first, has a positive and can-do attitude and is not deterred by the challenges or ambiguity of what lies ahead
- A proven collaborative relationship builder who has led high-performing teams
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and must be most at ease in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
