  • Leading and supporting enterprise-wide strategy engagements in the TMT industry through timely project management and ensuring on-time, at-budget high quality delivery of client deliverables
  • Managing the end-to-end process, including scope definition, budget and resource management, creating, coordinating, and overseeing final deliverables, and assisting with presentation of results
  • Developing trusted client relationships with client project managers and managing engagement teams of up to 3-5 practitioners. You will facilitate client workshops and conduct interviews with client personnel as well as maintain our exceptional quality standards, meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Establishing client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial and operational metrics directly to near- and long-term business improvement
  • Helping lead proposal development and other new business development activities by leveraging new and existing relationships with C-level executives, with support from Senior Leadership. • Growing your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to your team and supporting our Open Feedback culture.

  • Leveraging your strong understanding of operations, finance, and compliance/risk.

What you bring to the role

  • 5-10 years of work experience in a comparable capacity in management consulting or professional services with a solid understanding of key market trends in the TMT sector locally and globally.
  • University degree in business, management, operations, engineering or MBA or equivalent from an accredited university.

  • Comfortable working at both the conceptual and the hands-on level with big picture thinking and growth-oriented leadership skills.
  • A deep understanding of the interrelationships between people/organization, business processes and enabling technologies as contributors to business effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in working with large and complex datasets, insight generation, and data modelling and visualization
  • Project execution skills including leading day-to-day execution, team management in mid-level client engagements, managing project schedule, risks and timelines.
  • Strong at cultivating relationships at mid-levels – Managers, Senior Managers and Directors.
  • You understand that at times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
