Working with various client teams, the lead integrator will help install new clients in Ariel, our pension plan administration system, Ariel.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the uniformity and content of the detailed analyses of pension plan rules drafted by integrators
  • Responsible for the Ariel configuration
  • Responsible for reporting to the project manager on the status of the configuration process
  • Develop test strategies specific to the Ariel configuration and new developments
  • Responsible for tests after the configuration of Ariel and new developments, including WEB calculations
  • Be the contact person for questions about pension plans (internal and external)
  • Be the architect of the global solution (ensure that all systems work together)
  • Support the integrators

A successful Lead Integrator requires the following core qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand and use current computer technology and have a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills, ability to synthesize information, and flexibility in managing multiple projects
  • Good sense of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to have excellent commmunication skills, customer service and able to popularize
  • Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset
