Job description: Our healthcare client is looking for a Senior Change Management to transform the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system. (OCM-054)
Must Have
- 8 years’ experience participating in organizational change management (OCM) activities for information technology or business transformation projects. Experience should include stakeholder analysis, rediness assessments, and development of training curriculum.
- 5 years’ experience working in a healthcare environment – as a clinicial resource or as a project resource introducing change working directly with clinicians.
- Proven excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a focus on effectively communicating complex project issues or technical concepts to a variety of non-project and non-technical stakeholders.
- 5 years’ experience working with senior leaders (C-level or higher) to develop communications, change management strategies, or to provide coaching on organizational change.
- 5 years’ experience conducting change impact assessments and analysis, and developing change management plans according to the analysis results.
- 5 years’ experience implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance to organizational change.
