Who you are
We are searching for a Product Manager with good Business Analysis and Project Management skills who can engage with key business stakeholders to help develop the Workday roadmap. You will be accountable for business analysis and project management. This position requires exceptional people, analytical & documentation skills, with the specific ability to convert business requirements into detailed User Stories and to manage and support developers in understanding the User Stories as they build out the configuration and integration needs. Specific experience in Commercial Real Estate is desirable, but not a pre -requisite.
What you bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Business, Economics or similar preferred
- Minimum of 3 years business analysis experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Visio, Excel & Word 2010 experience
- Experience utilizing Visual Studio to manage the backlog
- Exposure to and understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills are required
Bonus skills and experience
- Specific experience in Commercial Real Estate is desirable
- Experience with multi-national digital HR products an asset
- Data modelling experience is an asset
- Project / Product Management. Scrum Master experience preferred

- You successfully gather the details behind existing business requirements and document in the form of User Stories, ensuring understanding and agreement among all parties
- You consistently liaise between Product Owner, developers, stakeholders, and end users, ensuring application development meets or exceeds functional specifications and customer needs
- You critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decomposing into detailed information
