Job description: Reach is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Data Management to help build and drive our data management and data quality practices. We have a world class payment processing solutions and we are building a data platform to match.

You have keen mind for building methodologies to assure data quality standards.
What will you do?
Reporting to Head of Data Engineering, you would be responsible for planning and execution within our data management platform, our data cataloging technology, our data quality framework, and setting up Reach’s data governance and master data practice across the organization. You will apply this across numerous 3rd party data sources, and enterprise systems used by the organization. You will be responsible for proposing, interviewing, and hiring skill sets necessary to achieve your goals and those set by the Head of Data Engineering. You will research and stay informed on new technologies and methodologies used in data quality and data management practices. You will build relationships with the leaders of other business units and be involved in all 3rd party data integrations across the organization. You will be the gatekeeper of data quality for any data integrated into our analytical data zone or used across different enterprise systems.

Requirements
Must Have:
- Post-secondary degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Information Technology or related).
- 3 years of data management experience, business analysis experience is considered.
- 3 years of data quality assurance experience.
- 3 years of experience working with a data cataloging tool such as Alation or Collibra.
- 2 years of experience with statistical control processes for data quality monitoring.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to understand implications of key decisions on policies, down-stream processes, etc.
- Strong communication skills in written, spoken, and visualization mediums.
- Experience working with technical teams.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Comfort troubleshooting and fixing performance issues related to data quality.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of platform and data warehouse design and principles is considered an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in data product life cycle such as BI reports or machine learning models considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the inner working of the payments ecosystem considered an asset.
