About the role

We’re looking for an HR Analyst – People analytics to join our growing team!

Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics, your work will be guided by our three areas of focus:

  • Data Governance: Elaborate processes in order to facilitate access to readily available quality HR data for HR and business leaders.
  • Anticipate and solve complex business issues using an analytical approach
  • Empower HR to make data-driven decisions by providing the right tools along with ongoing support and training

What you’ll do here:

  • Implement and automate HR reports
  • Answer adhoc questions and requests
  • Support the HR community through training and change management activities
  • Administer and analyse the results of various surveys measuring different areas of the employee experience
  • Collaborate with internal partners including HR Systems, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis, human resources or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
  • Demonstrated interest to develop your knowledge and skills in the field of People Analytics
  • Basic data analytics skills, data validation and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of a data visualization tool (ex. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) (an asset)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills (time management, tasks prioritization)
  • Ability to adapt and strive in a changing environment
  • Work experience in HR or corporate environment (an asset)
  • Basic knowledge of Workday platform and reporting module (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (English/ French) is required

Flexible Work Arrangements

Right now, we support 100% remote work, if your role permits. Once it’s safe to do so, we will move to a hybrid approach which will give everyone the best of both worlds – a mix of home and in-office workdays. Schedules will be determined in partnership between individuals, managers, and the team.
