Job description: Our client, a successful landscaping company with multiple facilities and over 60 years of experience is actively seeking a creative, enthusiastic Landscape Construction Supervisor, to join their multi season organization.

The Landscape Construction Supervisor aids in coordinating, supervising, and working in the field with all construction and winter snow activities. This position will direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. The Branch Supervisor is a mature individual responsible for producing all the branch’s landscape work and winter snow services, ensuring the satisfaction of all clients. This position must cooperate and work closely with the Account Manager and Branch Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and working in the field with landscape crews
• Assisting and managing the operations of the winter snow season
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
• Training crew members, lead hands and crew leaders to ensure each position is learning new skills
• Provide supervision and develop employees through positive interactions, giving feedback and providing on-the-job training
• Motivating staff to embrace company’s core values and promoting optimal job performance and job satisfaction
• Ensuring a high level of workmanship and client satisfaction resulting in client contract retention
• Proactively anticipating problems and suggesting solutions to avoid customer complaints

You will bring:

• A passion for landscaping and solid construction skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of crew members
• Previous landscaping construction experience
• Horticulture or Landscape Design Diploma (or similar education) would be considered an asset

Salary Range: $65k-$73k
