How you will make an impact
– Direct risk and insurance management
– Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
– Own financial planning and budget management functions
– Supervise all operations of the finance and accounting department
– Create and manage five-year business plans along with department managers
– Review and maintain budgeting and forecasting models
– Prepare financial analysis for product investment decisions and contract negotiations
– Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
– Ensure adherence to budgetary reporting requirements, including local, state, and federal
– Establish short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
– Implement and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives
– Supervise all financial reporting preparation
– Analyze monthly operating performance against budget
– Manage the hiring, training, and retention of finance staff
Requirements
– Possess strong technical skills
– CPA is preferred
– Knowledge of ERP systems/implementations
– 10+ years of accounting and finance experience
– Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, accounting, and finance principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
– Extremely detailed and analytical

Expected salary: $110000 – 130000 per year
