Job title: MEP Manager – High Rise Construction
Job description: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Manager to join a leading construction company working in the high rise / large projects space in the GTA as they embark on a new multi-tower high rise mixed-use project.
The MEP Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing technical oversight of all MEP-related construction activities for High Rise projects
- Coordinating with the PM and Site team to create accurate construction schedules
- Advise on constructability of specific MEP design elements
- Tendering and management of MEP contracts and changes
- Providing leadership, direction and development to the wider MEP team

The successful MEP Manager will demonstrate:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
- A project portfolio consisting of High Rise Mixed-use / Residential buildings
- Ability to work with and create construction contracts
- Large project experience (200MM+)
A reputable company operating in the GTA High Rise Construction market with a number of projects successfully delivered and a significant pipeline of future High Rise mixed-use developments. They are currently looking for an experienced MEP Manager with a background in High Rise (c.50 storey+) construction and an understanding of the nuances of residential projects to join them and help successfully deliver their next flagship projects.
