Job title: Vice President Finance – Financial Services

Job description: Vice President of Finance will report CFO. This role will lead the overall Finance function including FP&A & a Controllership function

• Ensure control of labor and other costs to meet financial targets
• Create annual plans and quarterly forecasts and review/present to management
• Review variance analysis with the Finance and Accounting team; investigate, audit and gain an understanding of the P&L line-item discrepancies
• Complete and present all month end and full year Forecasts to management
• Lead general accounting functions and ensuring a SOX compliant environment, including ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards

• CPA Designated
• Fifteen years of FP&A & Controllership experience withing Financial Services companies
• Understanding of GAAP Accounting principles
• Strong financial modeling skills
