About GWAM:

WAM Operations is comprised of approximately 4000 employees across the globe! Managing a variety of customer activities for retail, retirement, and institutional customers. Global WAM Operations also serve in a range of investment, accounting, data management, and project roles in support of the segment and its customers.

The opportunity:

The Finance Operations Analyst is responsible for an array of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing various cost center/expense accounts, operating accounts.
  • Participating and assisting the Director GWAM Ops Strategy in the month end forecasting cycle and annual budget planning cycle.
  • Assisting with supervising key performance matrix and indicators that will help management to assess the operating efficiency of divisions and departments.
  • Using various software applications to provide consolidated information in a user friendly format for easier comprehension by senior management.

What we are looking for:

  • Completion of a Business/Accounting/Finance/ or relevant undergraduate degree
  • 1 year of business/finance experience including business analysis, business requirement documentation or project management experience a plus
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and workflow design
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Financial Analysis background helpful
  • Data & Analytics savvy
  • Understanding of Wealth & Asset management is a plus
  • Ability to build and manage relationships
  • Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Project support experience
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable analyzing and organizing large volumes of data.
