Job description: Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Lead, Talent Sourcing Partner, Data Science. The preferred location is New Brunswick, NJ, but candidates will be considered near a Johnson & Johnson location in the US and Canada. This position may require up to 10% travel.

The Lead, Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for the identification & delivery of exceptional professional and executive-level candidates for J&J’s critical talent priorities globally. To achieve success, this Talent Acquisition professional will utilize strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools to identify, engage, and recruit external talent prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join Global Talent Sourcing organization focused on successful identification, attraction, and development of passive & active talent prospects.
- Develop and deliver innovative and effective talent identification and sourcing strategies for J&J’s most critical global talent priorities to build proactive pipelines and fill professional & executive-level openings.
- Be a resourceful and consultative relationship builder by partnering with senior Talent Acquisition team members to understand talent priorities and manage external talent pipeline health.
- Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive J&J’s talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines through J&J’s Beamery TRM system.
- Interview & assess candidates and present a qualified shortlist for open positions and proactive pipelines.
- Own the development of innovative digital outreach campaigns (via social, email outreach, etc.).
- Work closely with our internal Talent Insights team to enhance talent development outcomes based on external market research and data.
- Mentor and advise junior Talent Sourcing and Research team members as needed.
