How you will make an impact

– being part of the accounting month-end/year-end process

– Manage adherence to the company’s accounting policies and procedures

– Report regularly on the company’s key financial metrics for internal and board stakeholders

-Strong leadership skills (3 direct reports – operations, acct. payable & projects)

Requirements

– CPA designation

– Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact effectively and clearly in a fast-changing environment

– SAP or any big ERP system experience

— Financial service industry experience
