We’re a fast-paced, project-oriented consulting firm that strengthens organizations by providing Executive Search and Leadership Solutions, Human Resources Consulting, Staffing and Recruitment and Career Management and Transition services – the entire HR cycle.
As a finance manager you will be a key member of the People First HR Services leadership team in supporting our organization from a finance perspective by partnering with our leaders to support their business priorities.
As the Manager, Finance & Business Solutions, you will:
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting including preparation of various sub reports such as weekly revenue forecasting and revenue credit reports and detailed commission reports.
- In partnership with senior leaders at People First and the Corporate Finance team at People Corporation, prepare and complete the annual budget for the year.
- Provide analysis of financial results and forecasting against budget.
- Present results to our corporate financial planning team and play a key role in risk management by identifying and quantifying operational, financial, and business risks.
- Work closely with senior leaders across People First HR Services in providing coordination, support, insight, and guidance as it relates to budgeting & finance to support them in their business and expansion strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with key finance stakeholders across all levels of the organization and divisions of People Corporation.
You and Your Experience:
- You will have post-secondary education in Business or Finance combined with a CPA.
- You have strong business acumen with 5 – 7 years’ experience in accounting or financial and business analysis.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You possess strong business and financial acumen.
- You are solutions oriented and proactively identify business solutions for complex issues.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and are experienced in providing client services and solutions. You have a proven ability to build strong and effective
