What will your typical day look like?
The Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) organization ensures the efficient and resilient state of technology and infrastructure, globally. GTI defines the infrastructure strategic roadmap, providing next generation architecture capabilities, delivering foundational technology platforms and operating shared infrastructure services. GTI is structured across 9 service areas – Infrastructure Strategy & Operations, Shared Infrastructure Services, Global Technology Service Delivery, Identity & Access Management, Enterprise Architecture, Global Hosting, IT Service Management and Unified Communications. Together, these areas drive and manage the critical infrastructure operations and delivery of technology solutions and shared services across the firm.
- Develop and implement a Technology Resiliency practice within GTI
- Work closely with competency area leads lead to identify action owners and assure testing and adherence to plans
- Develop and refine resiliency processes and standards to manage, control, protect and assure the hardware & software operations across the organization, throughout all stages of their lifecycle
Key areas of focus:
- BCP and DR design, coordination and leadership across service towers
- Develop the roadmap, strategy, process objectives and metrics around BCP/DR/Resiliency
- Monitor and review the execution of technology resiliency plans, assure the execution of periodic plans
- Ensure alignment with the overall information technology strategy and coordination with all other IT processes
- Manage, monitor, review and update all process documentation and implementation instructions
Key deliverables:
- Technology resiliency plans, metrics and reports
- Work with the Controls and Assurance team to integrate into audit process; Assure all resiliency testing in place and up to date prior to any audits; Monitor and review the execution of periodic audits
- Manage the costs, risks and performance attributes associated with services
- Responsible for performance management of any direct reports including, creating and maintaining a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition and mutual respect
- Coach employees to identify personal goals and developmental needs, identifying training needs as required; ensure employees complete all required departmental and company training

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or Management.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a complex business and information systems environment is required.
- At least 4 of those years must have been in a managerial or sr. managerial capacity.
- At minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Business Continuity Planning, Disaaster Recovery, and Technology Resiliency.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in IT support processes and functions.
