Job description: Our client is an IBM Platinum Business Partner headquartered in Downtown Montreal. They are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Account Manager to help their continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer questions and requests are handled with diligence
• Ensure optimal alignment with business opportunities and priorities
• Serve as the primary contact for clients
• Meet sales, growth and profitability objectives
• Develop new accounts
• Develop, implement and execute a growth plan
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in a Business Development role focused in the Technology Services / Products Industry
• Well-established network of contacts in the Quebec Market
• Ability to listen, influence and assist effectively
• Strong leadership, proven interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgment in a changing environment
• Effective in solving conceptual and real problems
• Bilingual in French and English
