Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Responsable de territoire qui aura pour mission de développer les ventes en Montérégie, en Estrie est dans le Centre-du-Québec. Missions principales et responsabilités :
- Commercialiser et spécifier les produits ASCO, Aventics et Topworx auprès des fabricants d’équipements, des distributeurs et des consultants
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente attribués
- Générer de nouvelles opportunités et utiliser les outils de suivis en ligne
- Assurer le support technique et commercial au niveau de la clientèle
- Travailler avec les distributeurs dans le but de générer une croissance des ventes de nos produits
- Préparer des devis et soumissions, répondre aux appels d’offres et en assurer le suivi

Profil du / de la candidat(e) idéale :
- Formation et/ou 5 ans minimum d’expérience en instrumentation et contrôle, automatisation, électromécanique ou similaire
- Bilingue français et anglais
- Bonne communication, présentation et confiance en soi
- Bonnes aptitudes en écoute active, entregent
- Compréhension de la vente industrielle B2B – démarches, processus, attentes
Requis :
- Diplôme en instrumentation et contrôle, automatisation, électromécanique ou gestion
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience de vente dans une industrie connexe
- Français niveau langue maternelle, bonnes connaissances en anglais
- Permis de conduire valide, possibilité de voyager aux États-Unis au besoin
- Facilité de présentation et communication
- Familiarité avec les logiciels Microsoft Office
- Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles, de négociation et orientation vers le client
District Sales Manager – Montérégie / Estrie / Centre-du-Québec
ASCO is a leading global manufacturer of fluid automation solutions for a wide range of industry-focused applications. We are now looking for an enthusiastic District Sales Manager to grow sales in the Southern Quebec region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and promotion of ASCO and Numatics products to end users, OEM’s, consultants and channel partners
- Answering technical inquiries, promoting and securing sales volume growth of ASCO and Numatics products
- Establish and build long term relations with decision makers, Channel Partners, to ensure business continuity
- Prepare detailed quotations, track and follow-up on proposals
- Assist with collection on overdue accounts
- Manage allocated sales activities and targets
- Submit verbal and written reports covering sales calls, competitor activity, products, potential customers and customer needs
Territory Characteristics
- High concentration of diverse industries
- Knowledge-intensive environment with high concentration of Engineering Consultant firms, R&D, universities
- Intense competition, all players represented
- Strong process-oriented distributors, Valve Assemblers and Valve OEMs
- Linguistically balanced between French and English
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Post-secondary education and / or min. 5 years work experience in Instrumentation & Control, Process Automation & Control or similar
- Fluently bilingual in English and Québec French, i.e., professional proficiency level, written and spoken
- Articulate, confident, personable speaker
- Strong listening skills – no jumping to conclusions, phasing out or high need to be right
- Analytical mindset, able to relate to an engineering audience
- Entrepreneurial personality type – upbeat, solutions oriented, leadership
- Experience in sales of technical solutions in related industries
- Understanding of industrial B2B sales cycle – steps, workflow, timing, expectations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University or college degree in Instrumentation & Controls, Automation or Business
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in mechanical/electrical industry
- Must be fluently bilingual in verbal and written French and English
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must excel in relationship building, negotiation and customer service skills
