Job description: We are working with a Private Sector client seeking an Information Technology Security Engineer to join their team. This requirement is for the provision of Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT) Engineering and Architecture services to support a project in the acquisition of defensive cyber capabilities to improve overall decision support and security of the clients cyberspace, including the ability to detect, analyze and respond to threats.Roles and Responsibilities Create all technical documents for the RFP, including the SOW, functional specification, technical evaluation criteria, and technical evaluation plan for the RFPDevelop operational and functional performance metrics for near real time security awareness, decision analysis, and response.Develop an In Service Support (ISS) technical framework based on a world class cyber security operations center (SOC). The ISS framework model is developed in conjunction with the RFP Contribute to all internal engineering, operational, project, and workflow documents for project approval, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of eight (8) years of combined experience within the last twelve (12) years developing the following IT/Cyber Security documentation for enterprise environments with geographically distributed networks of more than 5,000 endpoints: Technical Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications, Operational or Functional Performance requirements Minimum of six (6) years of combined experience within the last twelve (12) years developing operational architectures/topology for enterprise environments with geographically distributed networks of more than 5,000 endpoints. Minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience within the last fifteen (15) years in the development of the following procurement documentation related to IT/Cyber Security Request for Proposals (RFPs) for enterprise environments with geographically distributed networks of more than 5,000 endpoints: SoW documents, Technical Evaluation criteria, training plans and life cycle support plansValid TOP SECRET Clearance We’re an equal opportunities employer committed to increasing diversity and inclusion in today’s workforce.
