YOUR ROLE

As a Paralegal in real estate law, your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing and revising the usual documents in the field of real estate law, such as letters, notices, mortgages and sale documents, etc.;
Carrying out research on the Land Register, RDPRM and among municipalities for property taxes;
Preparing and assembling the required documentation for closing transactions;
Publishing and following up on documents in the appropriate registers;
Validating compliance of acts and documents with standards established by the courts and other agencies;
Communicating with customers and various stakeholders in the file.

PREREQUISITES

DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other equivalent education;
Experience in real estate in a law firm or in a company;
Good bilingualism, written and spoken;
Good interpersonal skills ang customer service;
Dynamism, discretion and organizational skills.
