The Role:

As an Account Associate, you excel at supporting your internal team. You put client relationships first and understand the importance of a personalized approach to insurance offerings. You are passionate about supporting your Account Manager and Producer. You are a team player who is collaborative and you are a critical thinker, who is a natural relationship builder and loves to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

● Support Account Manager in coordination with the team’s Producers guidance

● Responsible for meeting or exceeding client expectations

● Responsible for working with the Account manager to set up certificate templates, and ensure templates are sent to insurers within company guidelines

● Responsible for providing assistance to clients to access the company portal

● Responsible for updating schedules for the vehicle, driver, contractors equipment, and blanket builders risk

● Responsible for setting up new client files

● Responsible for performing mid-term changes as required by the client throughout the policy term

● Responsible for data administration tasks, invoice administration, and pre-qualifications

● Responsible for preparing all renewal materials and applications and contacting client accounts in a timely manner for upcoming renewals

● Other items and tasks as requested and required from time to time.

Requirements:

● RIBO licensed

● 1-2 years experience in Account Associate role

● Client-first attitude and positive team-first mentality.
