Our client one of the largest independent midstream operators in Canada is looking for additional administrative support during their upcoming Turnaround. Conveniently located in Edmonton for easy access to their operation. It is a contract until October.
Job duties
- Daily entry and verification of timesheets and invoices
- Reconcile invoices
- File timesheets and invoices
- Contract Administration- Janitorial, coffee supplies/equipment
- Track all discrepancies from timesheets and invoices
- Order office supplies
- Ordering lunches
- Admin support for Lisa where needed
- TA planning support where needed
The shift
- 5-day work week to start but will increase to 6/1 once TA starts in September,
- We will alternate days off so there will always be two people working
- Hours are 8-4:30 pm but will increase once TA starts in September to mid-October
