Job Level NV-04
As a finance and general accounting Agent, you help manage financial accounts in accordance with the organization’s objectives by producing reports and performing audits, inspections and financial simulations. In addition to ensuring financial performance, you help plan and review budget processes. You help manage and control the organization’s accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data to accurately reflect the organization’s economic activity. You participate in activities related to financial engineering, product and service pricing, financial market transactions and tax law analysis (including payroll).
You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it achieve operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed guidelines in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.
You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.

Qualifications
Trade school diploma in accounting
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Specific knowledge
Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of CONT / PCS systems (an asset)
Independent speaker, intermediate knowledge of English (an asset)
