Job title: AGRICULTURAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Job description: Role:
The incumbent is responsible for helping the client succeed while meeting the sales and profit, individual and team goals set by the company. He must provide an exceptional level of agricultural sales consultation, accounts receivable management, customer service and innovative solutions that differentiate Nuvac Éco-Science inc on the market. He is also responsible for managing the independent sales accounts of each client.
*** We are looking for a person to cover the greater Montérégie and Estrie region. Other regions to be determined.
Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate Nuvac’s value proposition to engage and onboard new customers to Nuvac products, services and promotions, while using consultative selling methods.
-Reach and exceed its sales objectives by promoting products and services.
-Responsible for strategic account planning, new client development and client account retention, in order to achieve profitable growth in assigned territory.
-Visit customers, in order to develop solid relationships of trust.
-Evaluate customer needs and analyze market trends to develop product and service solutions focused on customer needs.
-Represent the Nuvac brand in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (would be an asset).
-Diploma of college or university studies in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
-Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers.
-Proactive, autonomous, with the ability to structure a weekly schedule to be successful.
– Proficiency in the Microsoft application suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlokk).
-Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing with access to a vehicle is required.
-Bilingual (French and English).
