We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to take App Store Connect to the next level. You will collaborate with a world-class team of business partners, product design, and engineering teams to build innovative features and drive change to both our business and our platform.
Key Qualifications Key Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience, at least two of which are in a lead or management role
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional technical teams is highly desirable
- 10+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES5, ES6+), HTML5, CSS / SCSS
- Hands on experience with building and deploying front-end web applications (Webpack, Babel, NPM, Node.js)
- Knowledge of ReactJS 16+ or equivalent JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js)
- Fundamental knowledge of how to consume REST/JSON based API services
- Understanding of design/UX principles and ability to participate in design discussions
- Familiarity with back-end server technologies, with ability to participate in full-stack engineering design and integration discussions
- Strong sense of individual responsibility
- Ability to write clear, concise, coherent code
- Superb verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent judgment and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Ability to self-direct when necessary, all the while supporting strong team dynamics
- Ability to simultaneously interface with multiple teams and partner organizations
- Strong attention to detail

You will build a scalable platform in the form of robust tooling for App Developers. Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of customer-facing features while encouraging a relentless pursuit of quality, performance, and teamwork within your team. Drive collaboration across product design, business, and other engineering teams while building large, cross-functional features.
