Job description: The School of Education and Trades at Red Deer Polytechnic is looking for a Permanent Full Time
Apprenticeship Programs Administration Coordinator. The Apprenticeship Programs Administration Coordinator function is to support efficient allocation and implementation of polytechnic resources into Apprenticeship programs. They serve as an important link between apprenticeship program areas and School administrative leaders, providing timely information to program Faculty and Staff, initiating and gathering information related to program operations to inform future resource allocation decisions, and providing service to program areas to support learners’ experiences.
The Apprenticeship Programs Administration Coordinators are expected to utilize and expand their depth of knowledge to improve processes and achieve efficiencies within the educational administration cycles at Red Deer Polytechnic. The Apprenticeship Programs Administration Coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of administrative and Apprenticeship functions which assist in the delivery of a wide variety of programs and initiatives as well as coordinating projects in support of School priorities. A high degree of initiative and independence are expected.
