Job title: Assistant – Administration and Coordination
Job description: Do you want to work as an administrative assistant for a company that is a pillar in the medical field? Located near the Place-des-Arts metro station, our client is looking for a person who will play this important role for at least three months, with a possibility of permanence.
Main tasks in medical affairs:
-Schedule interviews
-Coordinate the group’s travel with the travel agency
-Manage the VP’s schedule and perhaps occasionally that of some directors
-Occasionally assist a director
-Create expense accounts in Concur
-Take care of purchase orders in SAGE
-Perform any other appropriate task
Requirements:
-Bilingualism required, oral and written
-Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years
-Similar administrative experience, a major asset
-Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, a major asset
-Knowledge of MS Office required
