As the Canada FET S&OP (Finance Excellence Team Sales & Operational Plan) Associate Finance Manager, you will help drive the digital agenda and support the Sales and Operational Planning process. This is a dynamic role where you will own the P&L forecast process while partnering with different areas of the business, including the Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. You will work with the business to ensure growth and to enable the business to meet its’ financial goals, proactively lead efforts to identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the financial performance of the business. This is a role where you can help unlock process improvement, supported by exciting technological enablers.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

Acting as the custodian of the monthly financial planning & analysis process, this role leads digital improvements centered around the Finance Excellence Team processes, while partnering with the business units. The role is responsible for ensuring monthly forecasts are accurately reflected in our financial planning systems; effectively using financial information to provide the business with better insight into business performance and trajectory and opportunities for growth; driving optimization for P&L data cleanliness.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e., Commerce, BBA); CPA preferred

Minimum four years of relevant finance work experience

Leading efficient and effective budgeting and forecasting activities (complex and time sensitive, cycle driven and continuous forward look approaches)

Business partnering experience with clear, focused and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities)

Strong interpersonal skills developing personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Strong technical acumen and attention to detail
