Responsibilities

  • Define diagnostic infrastructure content, requirements, to support operation, compliance and safety of the scalable compute platform
  • Verify tier 1 software infrastructure deliveries and integration to meet ISO 26262
  • Review test cases to verify software infrastructure is functional and compliant to requirements.
  • Power up and down, reprogramming, service, system bring-up; sensor integration and system configuration
  • Identify misinterpretations in software design and implementation, and assist development of anomaly correction and defect resolution
  • Communicate information to and from internal organizations

Additional Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
  • Exposure to diagnostic design principles, FMEA and systems thinking
  • Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience in requirements development, software development, integration, verification or testing, or implementing ISO 26262 and ASIL standards.
  • Experience with programming languages (C/C++, Assembly, Java) and operating systems (Unix, Linux, RTOS for embedded system)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Knowledge of Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of OBD systems
  • Experience with Automated Driving Systems
  • DFMEA training and DFSS Certification
  • Software Controls/wiring and electronic validation experience
  • Analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
