Job title: Business Analyst Finance
Job description: Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance, and business systems professionals.
We are currently seeking an Oracle Business Analyst, for a 12-month contract with possibility of extension. The role supports the upgrade of Oracle, and the successful candidate will be a key point of contact through the project.
The responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:
– Gathering of business requirements for stakeholders in various departments
– Review of processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement
– Assess, validate, and document business processes and requirements
– Documentation of processes and procedures
– Support the change management initiatives i.e., process changes and process improvement
– Working with cross functional teams, supporting user needs and training
– Support the data reporting, governance, risk management, and compliance
– Ad hoc tasks as required to ensure system usage optimization
The ideal Adaptive Planning Business Analyst, will have the following skills and experience:
– Extensive experience working as a Functional Business Analyst
– Undergraduate degree in Commerce or Accounting is preferred
– Working experience in Oracle is preferred
– Proven experience with ERP system upgrades, integrations, or implementations
– Excellent soft skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
– Strong communication skills, written, understanding, and verbal
– A background in accounting, finance, or business administration
