Job Description

• Responsible for the construction of web technology competitiveness and business innovation, grasp the industry technology trends, formulate key technology and business plans for 2 to 5 years, support the construction of key technology competitiveness and commercial success, build industry-leading web technology, and build key web fields business competitiveness; Responsible for technical planning in the field of web technology, overall technical plan design and implementation, key technology breakthroughs, patent protection;
• Responsible for core technology identification and technology acquisition strategy formulation in the field of web technology; responsible for internal and external cooperation in core technology;
• Responsible for the analysis of application scenarios and technical implementation of problems in the web technology field;
• Responsible for constructing competitive power on web with frontier technologies, designing and executing both short-term and long-term (2-5 years) plans based on research and industry trends, improving the impact of the corporation in web industry.
• Responsible for landing cutting-edge web techniques, especially for Huawei devices.
• Responsible for providing solutions for real web problems from Huawei customers.
• Responsible for building academic/industrial cooperation.
• Responsible for conducting breakthrough web technology research to solve practical problems, delivering solutions, patents or research papers.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years’ experience in web related industry/research. Working experience as a team leader and/or participating in popular projects/products is preferred.
• Insights into web industry.
• A PhD/Master degree in web/virtualization/operating system relevant majors is preferred.
• In-depth insight of Chromium engine architecture and web graphic rendering technology.
• In-depth insight of web ecological framework based on Chromium.
• In-depth insight of WebAssembly and Web GPU technology.
• Familiar with web language such as HTML5, Javascript and CSS.
• Familiar with frontier architecture such as Angular, React and Vue.
