Job description: Administrative and Customer service clerk – Located on the South Shore of Montreal
Temporary – Full time
The Administrative and Customer Services Clerk reports to the Administration and Customer Service Supervisor and performs a variety of tasks related to administration and customer service. He/She will perform customer service support functions as required, such as entering and tracking sales orders, billing and tracking customer requests. The incumbent will also be responsible for answering the main line and greeting visitors. He/She will ensure that the administrative procedures are followed. The incumbent provides communication between the plant and various corporate departments of the company in Canada and the United States, as well as our valued customers.
SKILLS:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Must be perfectly bilingual, French / English.
– Must have a Customer Service background.
– High level of organization to ensure multi-tasking success
– Ability to work in teams
– Must have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, more specifically MS Excel
– Experience with overseas export is not essential but an advantage.
