The Regional Administration Support Clerk provides a range of key operational administrative support and secretarial services to all levels of staff within the regional office. The position provides this administrative and technical support to multiple program areas within the Southern Interior Region; Engineering, Project Management, Programming and Partnerships, Property Services, Field Services, and Corporate Services.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- A minimum of one-year administrative support/clerical experience, education and/or training.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Experience using a variety of standard computer applications (eg. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience working with ARCS/ORCS and/or TRIM.
- Preference may be given to applicants with transportation related experience
Proviso
- This position requires you to have a valid FULL BC driver’s license (minimum class 5), or an equivalent class driver’s license from another province or jurisdiction.
