This is a temporary opportunity until September 18, 2022 and may be extended or become permanent.
This position has in office work requirements and must be worked full time in office located in Victoria.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary or permanent vacancies.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of one (1) year experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience coordinating the assembly of financial data for budget preparation (accounts processing and budget tracking).
- Minimum of one (1) year experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products.
- Minimum of three (3) month’s experience supervising and leading others.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Six (6) or more month’s recent experience in contract administration in a public sector environment.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience coordinating the assembly of financial data for budget preparation (accounts processing and budget tracking).
- Two (2) or more years’ experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products.
- Six (6) or more month’s experience supervising and leading others.
