This is a full time 12-16 month Co-op position beginning in January 2022.

What you will do:

  • Assist with delivering regular IT performance reporting and validating data integrity
  • Collaborate within team to manage budgets, forecasts, provide guidance, and support business needs
  • Support month-end financial and analytical activities, including, but not limited to:
  • Writing journal entries
  • Technology spend category analytics and reporting (ie. software, telecom)
  • Ability to develop and maintain financial models
  • Establish and document various business processes
  • Ad hoc assignments and business support analytics as required

What you will bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree or diploma program within the Business/Management or Information Technology faculties
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred
  • Competence in standard Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Flexible, detail-oriented analytical thinker
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, striving to meet tight timelines
  • The willingness to hypothesize a potential solution even though it may initially be incorrect
  • An overall well-rounded individual who is eager to contribute to the team’s performance
