This position is for a highly motivated, results driven, organized self-starter with strong Project Execution, Finance and technical skills that will drive the CONNECT Project. CONNECT objective is to globally connect Makers, Sellers and Customers by integrating our production, costing, selling and billing processes and systems to provide daily insights and end-to-end transparency from production to customer experience. This role will be challenging & uncomfortable at times, the person needs to be energized for the role and comfortable with change and ambiguity. Requirements include, project management, dealing with ambiguity, critical thinking skills, ability to Prioritize, communication, big picture view, and IT understanding. This position is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Support Business Roadmap Development in partnership with US
Collaborate with IT to ensure IT plan is sufficient to facilitate transformation
Work with internal stakeholders across the organization to enable change management, with a strong connection to CX, Marketing and Digital teams.
Build Excitement/Acceptance of new way of doing business
Willingness to listen to various opinions / issues
Keeps abreast of current project developments, identify GAP, and develop/implement GAP closure plan
Collaborates and coordinates information flow with other staffs and business units for optimal corporate decisions
Effectively communicate up and down the organization
Work with sense of urgency to finish the assignment
Additional Job Description
Qualifications:
Post Secondary education with a major in finance, accounting and/or business-related degrees (MBA preferred)
Critical thinking and inquisitive mind
Finance experience
Understand the business (a businessperson first, has an operating mindset)
Problem solving and analytical abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships
Strong oral and written communication skills (effective communications up/down/across the organization)
Highly proficient personal computer skills
Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints (Fast/Responsive)
Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally
Comfortable in making verbal presentation to GM Senior Management
Ability to perform under tight deadlines (occasionally)
Required Competencies:
Dealing with ambiguity, building relationships, focus on results, ability to influence without control
