Construction Finisher Handymen needed in Brampton to complete warranty work on newly constructed homes
$24.50/hr ($32/hr for independent contractors with own WSIB coverage)
Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm (finish 4pm on Fridays)
Responsibilities:
- Completing warranty work on newly built homes
- Warranty work/repair: drywall patch and paint, caulking, door adjustments, trim repairs, etc…
- Working with hand and power tools
Requirements:
- Prior construction warranty work experience required
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have own hand and power tools
- Working at Heights certification and clean criminal record check required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
