Job description: QualNet builds and supports cellular networks across Ontario and Quebec. We are looking for an experienced construction manager to join our team in Montreal region and Ottawa/Gatineau. The candidate must have excellent understanding of the telecommunications industry (new site build, antenna systems, in build solutions, rooftops, and towers).

General Responsibilities:

• oversee all aspects of the assigned projects to insure quality, profitability, and client’s satisfaction
• End-to-end accountability of project delivery
• deliver projects as per client’s specifications and with respect to prescribed delays
• assure and maintain client’s satisfaction/relationships
• develop new business opportunities
• attend bid walks
• provide/participate in RFP, RFQ and RFI as per client’s requirements
• prepare budgets

Skills and Qualification

• Strong relationship and organizational skills
• Good capability of working under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings
• Solid experience in the wireless cellular telecommunication industry
• Strong leadership, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual would be an asset
