Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Wage Rate: $41.00/ Hour

Duties:

• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.

• Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress.

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.

• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.

• Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities.

• Plan and manage construction project budgets.

• Oversee the analysis of data and information and prepare reports.

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Education & Experience:

• Completion of Secondary school is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology is an asset.

• 02 to less than 03 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is required.
