Our client is a developing company specializing in the development of residential projects and commercial projects.

We are looking to have a project manager who is highly organized and has great construction management skills and background.

Responsibilities;
● Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
● Coordinate subcontractors and Supervise the worksite.
● Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
● Negotiate agreement terms, manage construction contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to analyze and mitigate risks.
● Visit construction sites on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
● Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time.
● Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.

Other related duties are required depends on the project need

Required Qualifications :
o Fluently bilingual : French and English (written and oral)
o Previous work experience in the same position (at least 3 years);
o Excellent resource, planning and time management skills;
o High level of financial responsibility;
o Superior management and delegation responsibilities;
