Job title: Construction project manager

Job description: Under the direction of his immediate superior, the construction project manager plans, organizes,
directs, controls and evaluates construction projects from start to finish in accordance with the work
schedule, specifications and budget. The project manager participates in the design of projects
demonstrating creativity and initiative, while ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards
and ensuring customer satisfaction (internal and external).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the technical parameters, execution and procurement strategy of the bid that allowed us

to win the project;

Organize a project launch meeting with all internal stakeholders who will contribute to the project
Plan and prepare implementation schedules as well as the steps to follow for projects;
Control and supervise all phases of the execution of the work;
Coordinate the interventions of the various trades on the sites and manage the personnel under his

charge;

Calculate the profitability of the project according to the physical progress, the progress of the costs,

the progressive invoicing as well as the estimated costs to complete;

Respect and enforce quality control and health and safety programs;
Inspect the sites to monitor the progress of projects and ensure their compliance;
Attend project monitoring meetings;
Write progress monitoring reports;

Ensure compliance with processes (approval of timesheets, order forms, etc.);
Document the project

Qualifications:

3 to 7 years of experience in construction project management
Bilingual (French / English) an asset
Team spirit
Good professional habits
