Our large-scale client in the construction industry is currently hiring a Controller for their office.

Tasks:

– Report to the owner
– Supervise accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivables and 2 Accountants
– Analyze monthly financial statements
– Prepare, review and analyze budgets, and compare to the prior year
– Prepare and review accounting reports
– Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
– Implement an ERP system
– Prepare management reports
– Analyze profit margin by business unit
– Maintain and oversee costing and pricing of projects
– Generate various weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports

What you need to succeed in this role:

– University degree in Accounting and Finance
– Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit
– Creativity and good communication skills
– French reporting skills
– Computer literacy (MS Office)
– Excellent sense of responsibility and analytical skills
