Coordinator, Logistics Proj. Delivery(T) BTS / BST

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Coordinator, Logistics Proj. Delivery(T) BTS / BST will be responsible for providing support to the WFM and Logistics delivery team to improve process and tools for the business. The successful candidate will work closely with WFM/Logistics teams as well as our IT teams in order to develop and deploy solutions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and assist in projects. Manage communications, development, and change-management for said projects.
  • Work with WFM/Logistics teams to gather requirements and document them
  • Build business cases to justify new projects and ideas
  • Propose and present new ideas to advance the interests of the business
  • Communicate and work with stakeholders (Internal to WFM/Logistics but also our partners in other departments i.e. Field Operations, finance, etc)
  • Present regularly to stakeholders of all types including unionized employees, managers, and executives
  • Build and execute test cases
  • Build and execute reporting for initiatives
  • Triage new bugs and requests, follow-up with the appropriate parties
  • Manage documentation, update and build new content
  • Assist internal (WFM/Logistics) teams in order to alleviate back-log and also to learn processes and the systems they use

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines in a teamwork environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • MS Office skills, with advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
  • MS Visio skills, an asset
  • Strong leadership skills, with an ability to work with diverse workforce and customers
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (Bilingualism – English and French – is an asset)
  • Financial analysis experience would be an asset
  • Degree, diploma or certification in a related field

Job Location: Ontario or Quebec

Status: Professional (P2) non-unionized

Number of Positions: 1

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
