As Detailed Architecture Advisor, Telecommunications, you’ll be an important contributor to the delivery of business and infrastructure projects.
You analyze, develop and recommend technological solutions, while respecting the established guides and frameworks. You always work in the interest of members and clients by defining simple, modern, efficient and secure solutions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field. In addition, you will develop your knowledge in different areas such as security and server infrastructure, in order to play a supporting business role.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities
Responsible for the detailed architecture of the technical solutions defined by the solution architecture
Responsible for validating the impact of the capacity and performance of the implemented solutions
Participate in the solution’s implementation and deployment strategy and identify changes to be made to the infrastructure in place
Participate in proofs of concept for the chosen solutions
Participate in the drafting of architectural documentation, risk analysis and requests for contributions from our operating suppliers
Provide occasional support to operations teams during major production releases or during major incidents
Contribute to analysis reports on the impact (technological, operation, costs) of the various telecommunications solutions
Other working conditions
Work location: Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
