Job title: Digital Analyst

Job description: Saatchi & Saatchi looking for a Analyst to join our Paid Media & Strategy team – working across multiple campaign, in order to monitor, report, analyze and optimize. The successful candidate will produce reports and tracking plans using Google Analytics, Data Studio and Tableau primarily – with other tools as required. We are looking for a critical thinker with a passion for analytics to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with cross-functional teams to create relevant reports, provide insights, understand business needs and translate findings across internal groups
Create and manage dashboards/reports to track and optimize paid media campaigns
Work collaboratively with the paid media executional and strategy team to develop analytics and testing plans for different campaigns
Act as the primary day-to-day contact on insights and analytics to digital media managers
Analyze historical campaign performance and make recommendations for performance optimizations

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred
2-3 Years of web/marketing analytics experience with a focus on data extraction and reporting
Strong understanding of paid media digital tactics, platforms and data sources (paid search preferred)
Experience with Analytics platforms (GA360, Adobe, etc.)
Advanced knowledge and understanding with reporting dashboard platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Strong understanding of cloud computing services such as Google’s Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, etc.
First-hand experience with data science programming languages or tools such as SQL, Big Query, Python, R, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interest in data analysis and management
Strong analytical skills, highly attentive to detail and with a critical thought process
Naturally curious individual with a willingness to learn and grow
Self-motivated
Responsible and reliable – able to set and meet strict deadlines
