Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership and direction for the effective delivery of quality improvement and patient safety services that align with and support the Vision, Values and Strategic Imperatives for Fraser Health (FH). •Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of systems and processes to integrate quality and patient safety principles and practices throughout the organization. •Accountable for management of related financial, human and physical resources to support operational goals •Lead the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of QI/PS education and leadership development.

What do you need for this position?

• Master’s Degree in Health Administration or related discipline •Ten years’ recent related experience working in a health care environment, •Five years’ senior management experience in quality improvement and patient safety development, implementation and evaluation.
