Fraser Health is responsible for the delivery of hospital and community-based health services to over 1.8 million people in 20 diverse communities from Burnaby to Fraser Canyon on the traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and direction for the effective delivery of quality improvement and patient safety services that align with and support the Vision, Values and Strategic Imperatives for Fraser Health (FH). •Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of systems and processes to integrate quality and patient safety principles and practices throughout the organization. •Accountable for management of related financial, human and physical resources to support operational goals •Lead the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of QI/PS education and leadership development.
What do you need for this position?
- Master’s Degree in Health Administration or related discipline •Ten years’ recent related experience working in a health care environment, •Five years’ senior management experience in quality improvement and patient safety development, implementation and evaluation.
